I was employed by Lowe's ten years ago and 13 years ago (first time for 2 years and was fired for a misunderstanding). They rehired me two years after firing me and the second time paid me $3. less and put me in a more physical department though I had skills and favorable experience in Electrical as a Pro. Now I am retired at 68 and went back to seek part time work after 8.5 years with the same company I left Lowe's for in 2016.
My question is: If my initial interview was a quick pass off from the acting store manager to any available ASM and she asked two questions about "a time when I was faced with a difficult customer blah blah blah" (boilerplate stuff they ALWAYS ask).....am I really being considered if I haven't heard from them for 4 days?
