Weird red mirror thing hanging at Chingiss Khan Musuem
Does anyone know what this weird red mirror-like thing is hanging at the Chnigiss Khan Musuem? I just noticed it today. Also if you hear Bird noises near the museum, it's the bird at the top making that.
