As long as we do not have the necessary systems, insurance claims should be super cheap!

I know the prices on the PTU are placeholders, but even with a 90% reduction, some ship-claims would still be too expensive...

Because CIG once again introduced a change without the necessary features in place:

We barely have the ability to properly recover and repair our ships, especially ships that are not Gold Standard yet.

We need more ships like the SRV and proper service beacons.

And of course we need an environment where you end up losing your ship far less often. NPCs that do not fly into you like kamikaze pilots, a proper law system against murderhobos, and SIGNIFICANTLY fewer bugs.

Until this is addressed, many players, especially casuals, will only use the stock loadout, which is a disaster. Especially for ships with very poor stock loadouts, like many mining ships for example, this change is really, really bad.
