Strawberry Cream Loaf!
For this loaf I used my standard bread recipe 500g flour, 325g water, 100g starter, and 10 g of salt. I did 3 coil folds after allowing it to rest for an hour and then for 30 minute intervals. It bulk fermented until about double in size and then I cold proofed it overnight. I added the inclusions during shaping. I used strawberry cream cheese, added a little vanilla extra to it and mixed it before spreading It onto the loaf with freeze dried strawberries. Bake @450 for 30 minutes covered, and then uncovered for about 15 minutes until at temp. 🍓🥰
