Was hoping someone could offer me some general advice for learning DPS and a certain situation I've run into.

So I haven't been having fun this season playing support (Juno movement nerfs). I've only been queuing quickplay to learn and get comfortable with a few DPS I really like to play before taking the leap into comp placements. Been practicing Emre, Anran, Sierra and Freja.

The major issues I've been running into is how to play when you have low healing supports. Usually Illari/Zen and Lucio. Noticing my tank is usually permanently low so unable to make space, then I tend to end up feeding or low damage (too scared) because I'm not sure how to engage into a fight.

Any advice on engagement timing or certain characters to play in this situation would help a lot!
