It seems to happen in almost every game but better or worse depending on the game. I get high FPS and good low 1% but they will both drop very low every so often and cause the stuttering. My current hardware is a ryzen 7 7700x and a 5090, MSI PRO B650-P WIFI, Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB M.2 NVMe, G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) Expo enabled and set to 6000. I have tried disabling ftpm, c states, unparking cores, and a few other things I am forgetting but I cannot seem to nail down the cause/causes of the stutters. I ended up downloading latencymon and hwinfo to confirm that there is an issue but was still not able to figure out the cause. Any help/suggestions to help figure this out is much appreciated for my sanity lol
