
I need my premium back, Faceit.
Due to poor Faceit support, i lost my subscription. i had an issue logging into my account, they fixed the issue, and then i lost my subscription.
I ask to give my subscription back, and not simply claim it expired (it was valid until May 28, 2026, not May 8, 2026), and hold accountable for incompetent assistance and denial of their error.
I hope that a post on social will help me solve the problem, and the Faceit staff will finally take care of the problem. But for now they just ignore me.
It's says, that premium will be active till 28 May 2026, today us 8 May 2026
Faceit support answer, and ignore after that
I just want a competent employee who won't deny his mistake.
I would appreciate any help with that.
