Hi y'all! So I'm almost 30 and would like to get into cycling for health reasons.

I know nothing about riding a bike. How do I learn? What bike do you suggest? Not sure how useful information this is but I'm 5'2. I would also need a budget bike.. I have commitment issues and I'm not ready to spend more than $300 USD on a bike.
