I’ve been a member at multiple F45 locations across three different cities over the last eight years, and F45 Reynoldstown has been the worst experience by far.

I put my membership on a medical freeze in 2025 due to an injury and later canceled in person through the studio’s required cancellation form. I have not taken a class there since February 2025.

Over a year later, I was suddenly charged three separate times at the same time for $139 each. When I asked why, I was told these were “back pay” charges because my card allegedly declined when my membership "resumed". I called my credit card company and confirmed there were no attempted or declined transactions from this studio at that time.

I asked the studio to provide proof of the attempted charges. They stopped responding. Then, after I disputed the charges, they charged me again, a 4th time in one week without any proof or justification.

That is the part that pushed this from frustrating to unacceptable. Continuing to charge someone after they’ve disputed the charges, while refusing to provide documentation, feels like extremely improper billing behavior and a failure to act in good faith.

The billing issue is not my only complaint. This was also consistently the least clean and least organized F45 I’ve ever attended. Equipment was always filthy, the studio felt dirty, coaches no-showed, and classes were canceled last minute. I’ve had great experiences at other F45 studios, which makes this one even more disappointing.

My advice: avoid F45 Reynoldstown. If you’re in Atlanta, there are other F45s nearby that are much better run. I had a good experience at the West Midtown location before moving. Go literally anywhere else before signing up here
