I have participated in clat counselling and I have been allotted nlu, also I have applied under domicile category , what will happen to my fees if I paid full to allotted NLU as last date is coming soon but domicile reservation list will come after completion of this counselling process, will they refund or transfer the fees to another NLU or it will be forfeited?

As there is no change in nlu in 1st to 3rd round of counselling , can we expect nlu change as per our preference list or not or same nlu will be allotted this year which is allotted in 1st list?
