G'day all

Owner of a MY26 Atto 3, which has recently ticked over 5000km.

I'd attempted to book it for the 5000km logbook service, only to have BYD Essendon advise they "don't do those anymore" and the first service is due at 20000km.

Have also emailed bydservice.au@byd.com asking to be booked in but have had no response.

Car is in first year of a novated lease, if that helps.

Have others faced this same issue?

Appreciate any advice. Cheers
