I didn't record the run because I didn't expect to finish in under 2 minutes, however this run was atypical, there was a very positive RNG regarding Escanor's critical hits (I used the food that buffs attack and critical chance as well). Despite managing it in milliseconds, it's possible to complete this boss with 3 stars as a free-to-play player with a P4 Escanor.
I decided to play from the beginning without Meliodas, I got one but never used him. I got lucky with Daisy and managed 2 in 70 pulls.
Tips: Farm magic points quickly, use the combined ultimate Escanor + Daisy > Skill E > Skill Q > spam skills and switch characters to farm another 3 or 4 magic points and use solo ultimate with Escanor before burst finish. Repeat the process. Try to do big hits with Escanor when Guila's shield is active (30% fire damage). It's very easy to cancel the boss's attack using daisy's or mannie's tag skill.
