Wondering if you guys could help me, there is a property I would love to bring back to life, it's been empty for over 11 years and an eye sore...I contacted the council who basically told me I would have to pay 300% council tax from day one....is there a way around this or is it a simply must add in to budget? Seams crazy to charge extra to someone trying to bring a property back to life
