Live in Brazil and had an interview for an internship within the country a little over a month ago. Followed up the day after with a thank you email and asking what next steps in the hiring process are. They did not respond. Then, a week later (1 month ago) they sent me an email asking for proof of my enrollment in my masters program , which I promptly sent. The subject of that email was “Communications Internship Selction” (in portuguese).

They never responded after I sent my masters degree enrollment confirmation. It’s been a month. I am anxious and wanting to confirm that they even received it! Is this just the process and I need to be patient or does it make sense to check in with the HR team?
