Hi! I’d appreciate any feedback or suggestions to help improve my upper body condition. Just to clarify, this is a post-get-ready shot, not a gym pump…lol! Also, do I have a fighting chance for a bodybuilding show? I’m 5’6" and weigh 146 lbs, and I've been lifting for over 5 years. (Natty)
