Doctors simply ignore the fact that my insomnia began after taking Lexapro and prescribe even more medications.

Treatments attempted without adequate response:

Venlafaxine (currently used for ~6 months; no improvement in insomnia)

Escitalopram (prior use)

Amitriptyline (prior use)

Mirtazapine (no significant response)

Melatonin (no response)

Pregabalin (no relevant improvement in sleep)

Donaren (works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't)

User accounts (reddit) have been the best source of information for me. From what I’ve seen, many people experienced a reduction in "shocks" while taking propranolol. Could someone please help me?
