Have had significant skin issues for about 4 to 5 months at this month. Have tried salicylic acid face wash and BP for about a month but didn't notice an improvement. Then tried chlorhexidine/hibiclens for a week and it seemed to improve it at first but then I started getting even more acne. Went to a derm who said it's folliculitis. Gave me kefflex and clindomyacin and again it SEEMED to help but it's still occuring. Not sure how to make it go away completely.

My diet etc have not changed.

For skin care I use dove body wash and nivea lotion, which I've used before without causing breakouts. Otherwise I use a rotary shaver on my face and head to get rid of hair, but this seems to happen even if I use depilatory cream.
