My boyfriend got me these hydrangeas for my birthday , just hoping to get the knowledge for how to properly care for them! I’m in Oregon so weather is iffy not sure if they go outside or stay inside or if it’s safe for both. I know I can look online but I figured I’d get some insight from actual people who have them😁 TYIA!!🫶
