The room comes with a private bathroom, and the apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready. It also includes: walk-in closet, free parking spot, on-site manager on weekdays (very responsive to maintenance requests)
The apartment is located in a quiet and safe high-end residential area in Westwood with great natural lighting.
Rent is $1650/month, including water, trash, and gas. Wi-Fi and electricity are split with the roommate. All furniture is included, such as: bed frame + mattress, desk, floor lamp, storage cabinet, vacuum, shelves, full-length mirror, humidifier, hair dryer and more.
Very convenient location:
- Walking distance, about 7–15 mins walk to 99 Ranch, Trader Joe’s, Target, Ralphs, and Whole Foods
- 7 mins walk to the bus stop, and around 5 mins bus ride to campus
- My roommate is quiet, clean, and easy to get along with. Most neighbors are UCLA students as well
The building also has a swimming pool and jacuzzi, and overall it’s one of the best-value 2b2b apartments in the Westwood area.
