So I was talking with a senior architect who has 16 years of experience. We were discussing my salary and I said I am getting 10LPA CTC with a 3 year exp. His reaction was that it is a lot of money for a 3yr exp. He was saying that in his time he used to get around 6 lakh that too because he got a job at a real estate company. I didn't argue much that time but later I asked Claud AI about salary comparison in 2026 vs 2013.
