all the pods i’ve gotten taste the same and bitter to me. idk if i just dont like the pods,. i’ve descaled and rinse my nespresso multiple times and its still the same. Im not sure if I just got a bad machine
I gave birth to my second baby 3 years ago, I was going thru my lab tests and I saw that when I got pregnant first my TSH was 1.3 and after giving birth it was 4.3, im surprised no one has said anything about that jump. Since getting pregnant I was always wanting to sleep and here I am 3 years later still tired all the time and sleepy. I made an appointment with my provider to do further tests and definitely test my Vitamin D too cuz thats always been low too.
