Hi, i recently adopted a 6 month old large mixed bully puppy, she's 30 lbs rn and i know she'll get bigger. I adopted her from the shelter and she seemed calm, sweet, and not so reactive to critters, i was also told the same thing by the shelter. I thought it was a good match so I brought her home. After the first week it was fine, then it started. My boyfriend has a cat and while she ignored the cat mostly, I once stopped her from cornering and biting the cat. Im hoping that im over exaggerating it but that's the best way I can put it. And it got worse since she started biting things that aren't her toys (she has 40 different toys) like her pee pad, and wooden areas of the house, so I tried alternatives and she doesnt like them. She has also become way more active since I got her but 30 minute walks doesnt seem enough but that's all I have time for during day and im not the most active person. Now she started a rebellious phase where she doesnt listen during training and started barking more and I dont know what to do. My partner stated that if his cat keeps being in danger, I should return her to the shelter because we've had the cat longer and the dog has only been with us for a month. He said that he'll help me find my next pupper and asked it to be a small one (small dogs get snatched up fast in my area, like within 45 miles). I love this dog and I feel like she chose me but I also feel like I dont have the experience to train her and give her the enrichment she needs. The last straw that made me ask was when she got to and ripped open the expensive high value treat bag I bought and just stuffed herself with. What do i do? Rehome? Return to shelter? Keep training (i have 3 more weeks to get this done)?

Note: just to clarify, its 30 minutes per walk, she gets 3-4 walks a day. I just meant that I dont have the stamina to go in the summer heat of more than 30 minutes per.
