the muffs in my koss porta headphones recently got damaged so i ordered some new ones online (they aren’t yaxi pads, i unfortunately don’t have the budget for that) but when it arrived, i noticed it has these weird discoloration + tiny pale spots on the inside.

i don’t have a better photo, but it’s almost like dried patchy glue if that makes sense. i wanted to know if this is something alarming that can’t be removed (meaning: buy new ones) or if a simple wash would be fine? just asking since i’m quite desperate to use my headphones again and these take forever to ship lol
