Suspended my account for phishing. i reached out and they shut me out and now im yet to receive replies from them. it's been 10days already.
okay so my account it had a login and the hacker blackmailed me i have ss and i noticed suspicious activity and i told avakin reached out to them in game support. they literally asked for first username and i do NOT remember it cuz bruh it's been 7 years and it's gonna be 8 if im not wrong. and also the first receipt which i do not have. BUT i have the most prominent and important evidence which is EMAIL the first original email and i gave it to them and other receipts that i have. i even sent them ss of my email when i first validated my email and an old username from 2019, the same email im using to contact them. these prove im the owner of my account and yet they fail to verify it. like do a two step authentic verification omg whats with this system? i spent tons of money on my account. it's not just about money but the achievements, memories and friends. i'm waiting for them to reach back but seriously? this is causing my unnecessary distress and i even got sick. they are supposed to help the innocent players not cause them distress.
