After four weeks of feeding her regularly and talking to her like she’s my little kitchen pet, she’s finally bloomed to perfection. I woke up this morning to the prettiest, happiest starter and honestly it is the best start to the day. I’m in Ontario, Canada, so the cold weather makes everything move a little slower, but yesterday I fed her at a 1:2:3 ratio and it took about 18 hours to reach this gorgeous, webbed peak. I’m so proud of her. She doesn’t have a name yet, but I know she’s a girl. Send me your best name ideas!
