Hi everyone!

I'm applying for a Post-Grad in Project Management - IT and need advice from fellow Mexicans:

Translations: Did you use a Perito Traductor in Mexico or an online agency? Did your college accept them directly or did they require WES?
Apostille: Is it mandatory to apostille the degree and transcripts before the translation for the initial application?
TOEFL: For those who applied from Mexico, was your TOEFL score enough for the study permit, or did you have to switch to IELTS?

I have a 93/100 GPA and want to make sure I don't miss anything. Thanks for the tips!
