I am 58, 89 kgs, South Indian, meditator, vegetarian, smoker (2 to 4 a day), vodka 4 pegs, once a week, I have sugar (6.6 hba1c) and BP, I take medications for sugar and BP, BP is high without medication, my first doubt is, my is my BP high in the morning after evening post dinner medication, even after my meditation/prayer, my pulse shows 68 or sometimes lower, but BP shows 140-150 / 90-100, also, I feel sleepy between 8 pm to 10 pm (my usual bed time) but once I am in bed, no sleep, and full of anxiety dreams
