I have a confusion regarding the Statutory question in the Application/Profile details: "Has [name] had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder?"
Does diagnosed depression/anxiety and ADHD come under "serious mental disorder" or they are more of psychological conditions?
I have disclosed them in my IME medical exam to the doctor and he added them as notes on the IME.
Should I answer Yes or No to the above question?

I had my ECA done long before getting ITA and entered its details in the EE profile, but noticed some error on the certificate after getting ITA when collecting documents.
I asked IQAS for a correction and they have issued me a new certificate.
The Certificate number is the same as before but the date of assessment has changed to today.
Question: What date should I put as the Date ECA completed - the original one that was carried from the EE profile, or the new updated one?
The reason I'm confused is because ideally ECA needs to be completed before the ITA. So will IRCC raise concerns about validity of ECA since the new date is post ITA?
Any suggestions what should be done in this case?

Received ITA, 25 days left for submission and encountered a major error in the IQAS ECA certificate for one of my degrees.
I have two degrees from India:
- Masters degree from a central university - IQAS equivalence: Master’s degree with a focus in (subject)
- Dual BS MS degree from a national institution - IQAS equivalence: four-year Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in (subject), and a Master of Science degree in the same field
Both these credentials are mentioned in the same IQAS certificate.
*ISSUE:* For the Dual BS MS Degree, the location of the institution mentioned on IQAS certificate is incorrect (for example, IIT Madras instead of IIT Bombay). I know, noticed too late.
*Question:* Can I do something about it now? If I claim points for only my highest degree as the Masters from the central university, will this still be an issue, given both credentials are on the same certificate? Is there a misrepresentation risk? Can I add an LOE?
*Other questions:* If I initiate another IQAS Rush service credential, does my previous one get invalid?
Can I even use another certificate number in my final forms even though I had a different certificate number in my EE profile? Should I decline this ITA?
Has anyone had this issue before when incorrect details mentioned by ECA authority?
Please tell what would be the best way out. Thanks a lot!
