Does Steve and TOW install deep crystals?

Saw on their website you can purchase a deep crystal, but will they install it or just ship it separately?

I was about to pull the trigger on a Top Factory 15510 but the VSF just released their version. Haven’t seen any comparison between the two releases so curious if anyone else had any thoughts on which one was closer to Gen and to go with?
