I'm sure people have gone through such a situation where you'd encounter a person (not previously known to you) whom you find yourself attracted to, but feel frustrated and unable to find a way to approach and get to know in a proper manner.

Any thoughts on what might work in such scenarios while taking social norms of Syrian society into account?

EDIT: Scenario involves BOTH parties sharing mutual interest in each other.
