Basically I want to transfer from my state school to a private institution. I do not qualify for finaid. My parents will not pay for private tuition.

Are there any scholarships (like the Bryan Cameron scholarship) that accept applications from college freshmen?

Pls pls drop any recommendations. I already had to decline my top choice school (Northwestern) because of lack of aid so I really need some good scholarships
