Hi, this is my first time, I am not really knowledgeable at all when it comes to computers, and this will be my first proper computer. I have built a list of parts with the help of friends, which I am very thankful for, and I was hoping to get my build checked out. I have been saving up for quite a while to get this, so I guess I want this to count.
Here is my build from Wootware:

- New build or upgrade?
- new
- Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)
- no parts i am starting from fresh
- PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
- AAA games that i do want to be able to run with high visuals (i am not a big person for online FPS games i am much more on RPG's like Monster Hunter, Horizon Zero Dawn, Red Dead Redemption etc.), modded Minecraft with FTB type mods, Sims 4 with CC, Adobe suite and Blender. I am building this primarily as a gaming laptop, but i do want it to handle my design work.
- Purchase country? Near Micro Center?
- South Africa, so i am a bit more limited. I am ordering from Wootware as i have been recommended by friends to order from them for their reliability and customisation, even though they are a bit more expensive, but they do build the PC for me.
- Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
- Yes, I am looking at 4k with pretty good colour grading
- Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
- R49,000 Max for everything, including tax, building and delivery.
- WiFi or wired connection?
- I got access to either
- Size/noise constraints?
- Not really i got plenty of room for it, and pretty good noise-cancelling headphones
- Colour/lighting preferences?
- Not really i prefer functionality over aesthetics
- Any other specific needs?
- Where I live, it gets pretty hot during summer, and I don't really have air conditioning or cooling, where I live so I am quite concerned about the cooling. I have also picked parts to hopefully future-proof so I don't have to upgrade too soon, but from what my friends have told me, I might've overdone it a bit.
