How to deal with constant nausea?
How are yall dealing with constant nausea? I (16F) have been nauseous almost constantly since August and its so exhausting, I was actually getting better there for a while but I just started a new job and I think its really been taking a toll on my health. It really sucks too because I actually love the job but for some reason almost after every shift, the next day I feel so sick and fatigued , like I have the flu or something. I started looking into post-exertion malaise and it sounds like something i might have, but I have dysautonomia.
My doctor gives me zofran but sometimes I feel like it doesn't even help, like rn I took zofran 30 minutes ago and im still super nauseous, anyone have any suggestions that helped them?
