Using a throw away account for obvious privacy reasons.
I’ve been on and off with a man for years (like 2010), but as of 2024, I cut it off once and for all. Since then, there have been a few interactions but nothing like before, especially now that he has a daughter in the picture.
I have been in some tough relationships over the years, and felt he was someone I could confide in. Apparently not. He sent this (copied below as I’m unable to upload a screenshot) via Instagram last week out of the BLUE, and it was recommended to me by the EPS non-emergency line dispatcher to file a restraining order. That feels a little extreme, but I am a bit scared as he can come unhinged (another reason I cut it off).
I am hoping to get some outside advice/reasoning/opinions on this - any advice is much appreciated ❤️
