I’m in a bit of a stressful situation and would really appreciate some guidance.
I’m a student in the UAE and recently lost my job, which I was relying on to keep up with my payments. I currently have an overdue balance of AED 2300 with Tabby that’s been pending for about 2 months now.
Because of my situation, I haven’t been able to make the payments, and I’m starting to get really worried about what might happen next. I’m especially concerned about whether this could lead to any legal action, fines, travel restrictions, or anything that could affect my residency or future here.
I’m actively trying to find a new job and sort things out, but right now I’m stuck financially and unsure what to expect.
If anyone has been in a similar situation or knows how Tabby typically handles cases like this in the UAE, I’d really appreciate your advice. Also, if there are any steps I should take right now (like contacting them, payment plans, etc.), please let me know.
