My throat hurts and I think i'm coming down with a cold. Im on 2.5 mg pred and tremfya, what medication is safe to take? Nyquil, Theraflu?

For those who Entyvio has worked for, what was your calprotectin level before starting and how long did it take to get in remission. Was it with prednisone or without. Please advise I am starting next week and my calpro is 1500 rn.
