I have used every port on my pc, every usb c cord I have even disabled rgb apps, tried a different computer, used older versions of the app in the hopes it will recognize my keyboard is on an almost 3 year old firmware version and I am still locked to version 1.19.7 I have spent 8 hours messing with this and its easily the worst experience ive had with firmware in my life. If anyone has managed to get their keyboard off of 1.19.7 please let me know I am highly disappointed
