I got waitlisted both this year, and last year applying as freshman, but it was my understanding that as a first year their waitlist was simply a soft rejection, and had essentially 0 people come off it. I heard someone say that it’s different for transfers and was done in large part to see final transcripts. Is that the case and is there a real chance of waitlist acceptance?
