What have been the most beneficial certifications that you have acquired, which you believe have contributed to you getting hired?

For context, I have started learning accounting software and am acquiring the relevant certifications. (QuickBooks, Xero, e.t.c.)

But also, I'm interested in learning something entirely different, which would be tech-related, maybe some AI certifications or AI training or the like. Which leads me back to the question: did certifications matter much, or was it more about your job experience?
