How might you do a transmutation spell on yourself? I’ve been having these obsessive thoughts about a girl I like and I want to try turning that energy into love for myself or something like that. Has anyone done spell work like this? I’m also wondering if there’s a chance it could backfire in some horrible way. I’ve been practicing witchcraft for several years but I’ve never done a transmutation spell so I’m looking for some help
