Ok be honest… is this popping today?

I just got stopped at the bank and was advised to service my tire asap because it will pop. My boyfriend said he’ll fix it tonight when he’s off work - he just started his new career TODAY so i don’t expect him to leave work right this second .. but do you think this can wait until tonight? I have to pick up our kid at 3pm but other then that I don’t need to drive anymore today. I already made it home safely but now i’m stuck with racing thoughts if i should just go to the tire shop afew miles away?? Its further than daughters school and they always up charge me, plus i don’t speak spanish … I want to let my man take the lead but not if i won’t make it home w our daughter. can this tire last one more quick drive before it’s fixed tonight?

A close friend has been vomiting almost every morning, this is NOT due to an ed. It is always related directly to drinking too much beer, not enough water, not ingesting nearly enough fiber fruits or veggies, and a horrible night time diet of candy/tajin, chips or a ‘bed beer’ aka chugging at 2am … I tell them constantly their diet and drinking is the cause of their stomach aches, but that stubborn 30 year old man genuinly does not care about his bodies need for water and nutrients. He wants beer.

About two years ago his appendix nearly ruptured, he was vomiting even shitting blood for a small bit - the doctors said had we waited afew more hours to see a professional his appendix surely would’ve ruptured and he wouldn’t have been first inline for surgery, could’ve been a very different outcome. At that time this person was heavy into cocaine, drinking liquor all day and on ‘hunger strikes” … they’re clean off junk now, only stick to cheap beer and eat one hearty meal a day, but BINGE snacks in the evening.

I love this friend dearly as we have nearly 15 years of growing up together and they’ve overcome some heavy things. I’ve never understood their desicion making especially being as they’re a hardworking professional, a father.. and overall a good guy. I’m worried about him.
He had this same horrible issue of puking in the mornings before his appendix episode, so after his surgery i had hoped this would go away, however months later, it’s the same thing… Sick in the morning.

Could his vomiting in the morning “just” be stomach aches due to his poor diet? Is it more likely that he’s experiencing symptoms of a more serious issue? He has family history of breast cancer and his grandfather has liver cirrhosis from drinking every single day. I don’t like to scare him about “The big C” but i’m very worried he’s going to have issues when he’s older if he doesn’t seek medical advice for his diet and habits. My father passed from lung throat and stomach cancer, and my grandfather passed from prostate cancer - i’m very scared that this friend is going to eat and drink themselves into the ground. I just want to be aware of what could be to come…
