Whats the best rennaisance/early modern mod for Medieval 2?

I can remember 3 that made a decent impression on me and that is Tsardoms, Italian wars and With fire and sword. Can anyone recommend me any of them or compare them, id like to know before i sink in a bunch of time. Thx

How to have money as Muscovy

Just what the title says, I can really figure out how to not be extremely poor, especially earlier on I can’t ever use my potential force limit because I can’t maintain it. Usually I have the opposite problem where I can build anything I want but I don’t have enough force limit. I like to pick trade ideas first which helps but it’s often still not enough and after I form Russia I get extra force limit and can’t afford it again. Any tips? Should I dev some of my better trade goods and concentrate buildings? What do I do?

Any intersting republics that allow sortition?

I noticed that a lot of the interesting republics in the mod like in Kalsyto or south Aleantir don’t allow you to choose sortition, I think that that’s pretty lame to be honest because I think it’s more interesting then elections. The only one I saw where you can choose it Elfrealm. Are there any others?

For me its warscore cap buff fix. Would recommend to anyone, its really refreshing that you can win a war and just take the couple provinces you wanted without carpet sieging all of your enemies. I am looking for things like this that just make the game more enjoyable without making it easier or make it a little more interesting.

What in talking about is that probably because of power creep, the result of some situations are almost set in stone and happen differently then they did in history.
Things that I never see anymore are:

  1. Russia beating the commonwealth and becoming a relevant power
  2. Basically anyone beating the ottomans
  3. Austria getting historical borders and being decently strong with Bohemia and Hungary, they never get Bohemia now
  4. Relating to point 1 - Poland always dominates all of east Europe except for what the ottomans get
  5. Colonies never rebel against their overlord anymore

I think that it’s because power creep just just different countries in different ways so even countries that got some really good buffs like Sweden and Russia don’t do good because the ai can’t handle it, while Poland which should be about equally strong dominant es because their early game is easy. Can’t figure out what made Austria stupid though.
