I recently went through the QR process with Radix after being contacted by a recruiter. During the process, they shared a list of current employees and overall gave the impression of a strong team and solid PnL.

I’ve also heard them described as a “secretive top-tier firm,” which makes it a bit harder to get a clear read externally.

That said, I’ve come across pretty mixed opinions online (especially on Reddit). Some people say the PnL is top-notch and the culture is great, while others suggest the opposite.

Would really appreciate any firsthand insights—especially from people who’ve worked there or know the team well. How is the actual performance, culture, and turnover?
