I need help with these bumps that keep reappearing on my forehead. I've tried salicylic acid (TO and a drustore brand) but these don't go away. I don't have oily skin and I've never struggled with textured skin/acne but for the past 6 months these bumps keep appearing. The photo doesn't really show well how much bumps there are, lol sorry, not the best camera, but my forehead is FULL of these bumps. I don't think it's fungal acne but could be wrong.

Etude Hydro Barrier Cream
Haru haru black rice toner (fragrance free)
Iunik tea tree serum
Round lab mugwort cleanser
It was fine for the past week, and I thought they were finally leaving, but they reappeared.
If anybody knows how to deal with these, please...
