Hi everyone looking for a crate size that would work for the odd occassion she’s at my mums house/crate we can take on staycations. Currently have a 13 week puppy so hard to gauge what size she’ll need fully grown - as it’s just for travel (not in car, just one I can pop up in cottages etc) I don’t think I need as big as a 30” but wondering if I’m underestimating how big she’ll actually be?

Hi everyone,
Got my puppy cavalier a month ago and so far so good with most things. Her training is going well, she sleeps through the night, but one thing I can’t get a hold of is potty training. She is crate trained.
She gets taken out after every nap, activity, any chance I think she might go and she is still going on carpet (I’d say at least once every day with no sign that she is about to go). I’ve heard some dogs make the switch overnight, but I’m worried I’m letting her down.
Another tip I’m looking for, has anyone had any issues of their puppy not wanting to go potty on walks? Gigi only ever seems to want to go on my designated grass area/my parents yard. I’ve tried telling her she can go when out a walk, but yet to be successful. Is this another trust the process?
