For the past few weeks i thought i was just not getting lucky on finding a house for lease in this city. Today i am convinced it has been hijacked by brokers and property management companies. And the worst part is when i went offline to seek house for lease the number provided outside the houses for 2 out of 3 houses were of brokers.

OLX now chargers users for sorting houses based on owner and brokers or property management companies.

NoBroker doesn't allow free contacts and shows old ads to people who don't have subscription.

Facebook marketplace is the only one so far which looks like owner postings, but disappears in short period of time before getting reply.

Is there any site or place which provides genuine ads from the owners?
