Breakfast: one egg, egg whites, broccoli, carrots, onion and butter all scrambled together. Kiwi on the side creatine and iced coffee 291 cals

Lunch: turkey sandwich with light mayo bacon and tomato. Side salad with spinach, shredded cheese and Catalina dressing 377 cals

Dinner: bowl of rice, chicken, broccoli, egg, and egg white 444 cals

Dessert: Yasso crunch bar 140 cals

Slop bowl

I made what I’m calling “divorced dad slop bowl” and I’ve been excited to eat it every night and I’m about to make it for the rest of the week I like it that much. It takes 12 minutes to make and is 445 calories with 40 grams of protein.

I season 4 oz of diced chicken breast with Cajun seasoning and salt and put it in the air fryer for 9 minutes flipping after 5

While that cooks I make a rice a roni chicken flavor cup and add tumeric, old bay, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder in the microwave

I microwave one of those personal servings of Libby’s sweet peas

And a scramble one egg in 3 grams of butter

I then cut the chicken up into tiny tiny pieces so I barely have to taste it because I can’t explain to you the burnout I’m having right now on chicken breast

Mix it all in a bowl. Done. Laziest dog food I’ve ever eaten and it hits the spotttt

Breakfast: sourdough with avocado and a boiled egg, protein latte, creatine, and berries 343 calories

Lunch: chicken wrap with romaine, reduced fat cheese, pickles, and fat free Catalina dressing with carrots and fat free ranch on the side 398 calories

Dinner: sockeye salmon, asparagus, and onions steamed in white whine with lemons and dill and a half serving of rice 331 calories

Snacks: Yasso crunch bar and a core power protein shake 370 calories
