How long after closing do end buyers usually allow sellers to stay in the home?
I had a couple reach out about selling their home off market, but they’re asking to stay in the property for 3 months after closing. I’ve already let them know that timeline is likely too long.. So how long after closing do most end buyers usually let sellers stay?
