This stick pin was given to me around 2003 by an acquaintance who owned a vintage and antique fine jewelry shop in Melbourne, FL. It has a microscopic mark on it that looks like an H or M with an “& CO” The head is a woman draped in green in front of a red star. Is this a symbol or logo? Any comments or guesses about the piece are welcome!
