Hello,
So i'm a 28 M, 1.83cm for 78 Kg, i have whats know as a skinny fat body with around 20-25% body fat range, i've been trying to set myself on a diet / workout program to get into better shape, but its confusing with all the different methods and advices on the internet, if any body was in the same situation at me, how did you get into shape? What workout works better? what about nutrition?
